About Changefied and your impact


Changefied develops innovative virtual reality learning platforms, such as Virtual OV, that enhance the self-reliance of neurodivergent young people by, among other things, helping them learn to travel independently on public transport. With our gamified solutions in the social domain, we actively contribute to inclusion, equal opportunities, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, aiming to empower more than 250,000 people worldwide by 2030.


As a marketing intern, you will play a direct role in increasing this social impact by making our solutions more visible to educational institutions, municipalities and other partners.


Your role as a marketing intern

You'll enhance our visibility and help us communicate our message clearly and concisely to the right target audiences. Examples of your work:

  • Developing and implementing campaigns around Virtual Public Transport and the Virtual Empowerment platform through social media, mailings, and (online) events.
  • Creating and optimizing content (posts, visuals, short videos, news items) that focus on social impact, inclusion, and the SDGs.
  • Help build a consistent brand identity for Changefied towards education, municipalities, and healthcare and welfare organizations.
  • Analyze online results (e.g. reach, engagement) and make suggestions for improvements to further increase our impact.
  • Supporting communication with partners, such as developing cases, impact stories, and presentation materials.


Depending on your education and interests, there is room to conduct your own (graduation) research, for example on the effectiveness of impact communication or the positioning of VR in the social domain.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a HBO student who recognizes themselves in the following points:

  • You are studying a course in, for example, Communications, Marketing, Creative Business, (Online) Content Marketing, Commercial Economics or a similar field.
  • You have a demonstrable interest in social impact, inclusion, education, mobility or innovation.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to take responsibility in a dynamic startup environment.
  • You write fluently in Dutch and can translate complex content in an understandable and attractive way for different target groups.
  • An affinity with VR, gaming or the social domain is a strong asset.


Practical and applying for jobs

  • Start date: in consultation, in line with your internship period.
  • Duration: preferably 4–6 months (work placement or internship).
  • Location: hybrid; combination of on-site work in North Holland and remote work, in consultation.
